The Registrar post in the education institutes is a Group A Gazetted cadre post. The candidates selected for this post get the highest pay among all listed above.
You might have heard about the Assistant Engineer position in the state electricity board, PWD, Engineering services, etc. The IIT Dhandab AE is not an equivalent to those of utility services post.
ISM Bhandad is offering less salary as compared to the state and central govt departments.
Junior Engineer, Jr. Superintendent and Staff Nurse all are the same Level-6 position as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The revised pay band for these positions is 35,400 – 1,12,400/-.
If any candidates get appointed into any of the above three-position, his/her entry pay will be Rs 35,400/-.
Jr. Assistant and Jr. Technician are the lowest cadre post in the advertised vacancy positions. Here the Pay Matrix Level is 3, and PayScale is 21,700 – 69,100/-.

You can check and compare the salary of each post. The DA gets revised every six months and Basic pay gets increased by 3% on each annual increment.
The last row of the table contains the monthly salary against each post just after the appointment.
The newly recruited candidates who get the residential quarters in the college premises, they won’t get the HRA in their salary. So such candidates need to adjust that part from the total monthly payment.
