The PSU, recently circulated a vacancy notification for the Executive Trainee (Technical and Administration) to work in the officer post at NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) which is a subsidiary company under the National Mineral Development Corporation.

NMDC Junior Manager Salary

The graduate engineer will be on training for one year and after that, they will on probation for next year. After the successful completion of training, NMDC Steel Ltd will post the executive trainee in the M-2 officer’s grade in the 3rd PRC revised IDA pay scale of 50,000 – 160,000.

The entry pay for the executive trainee or Junior Manager should be 50,000 per month. But the Navratna company is offering two additional increments hence the actual basic would be 53,050 after joining the service.

Apart from the basic pay, these newly appointed Junior managers will also get the DA, cafeteria allowance, performance linked pay, provident fund and pension contribution from the employer. The full detailed of NMDC Executive Trainee shown in the following table.

By analyzing the above tabular data the Junior Manager salary in NMDC was around 83,186/- before the pay revision and same get revised due to 3rd PRC. So after the 3rd Pay Revision committee implementation in the NMDC limited the revised per month compensation for the executive trainee post would be Rs. 114,821/- approximately.
