The Central Public Sector Enterprises Employees get the payment as per the guidelines suggested by the Department of Public Enterprises.
The PSU staff Industrial Dearness Allowances (IDA) get revised after every quarter from the 1st day of January, April, July, and October Month.
The DPE has released the 3rd PRC order for employees working under the PSUs and same has been implemented in the many CPSEs.
The IDA for the revised pay scales has been set at ‘Zero’ from 01.01.2017 and getting revised after every quarter according to the average value of All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI) for Industrial Workers.
The revised IDA rates are shown here in a tabular form. These are applicable for the PSUs ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Oil India, NTPC, Coal India Limited, BHEL, HAL, GAIL, AAI, NHPC, PGCIL, POSOCO, NLC, NALCO, EIL, RailTel, TCIL, ECIL which has implemented the 3rd Pay Revision committee recommendations.
