The Engineering Graduates are appointed in the pay scale of E-2 Grade 20600-3%-46500 which has already been revised and the new pay scale is 50,000 - 1,60,000 at the same level.
The initial basic pay for the graduates is fixed at 50,000 and along with basic pay they will get the dearness allowances, cafeteria allowances, performance related pay, etc. The breakup of salary shown here in tabular form.
