Each year in the month of April / May, the State Bank of India publishes the recruitment notification for the post of probationary officers. The eligible candidates have to register online for the job.
The eligible candidates need to take part in the three-tier selection process which is set up by the SBI administration.
A candidate must possess a graduation degree in any discipline to get eligible for the recruitment process. The final year appearing candidate can also appear in the examination provided that their result must be declared before the Phase-III (Group Exercise & Interview) stage. The SBI also accept the provisional mark sheet during the document verification process.
The age of the candidate must not below the 21 Years and not above the 30 Years.
The reserved category candidates will get the relaxation in the upper age limit as per the government of India rulings.
Those who are eligible for the SBI PO Recruitment, they get the opportunity to appear 3 tier selection process.

The State bank of India releases the final merit list on the basis of performance of Individuals in the Mains and Interview round. It publishes the category wise merit list for the selected candidates.
